My research interests are split between mathematics and philosophy, and
I am working under the guidance of Prof. S-T Yau and Prof. Galison.
Regarding the former, my interests lie in mathematical relativity and
geometric analysis, and more specifically include positive mass
theorems, Penrose inequalities, gluings, quasi-local mass, and
(marginally outer) trapped surfaces. As for the latter, I work on the
foundations of spacetime theories (general relativity in particular),
and epistemological questions in philosophy of science.
