Daniel Palumbo

Daniel Palumbo is a graduate student in the Harvard Astronomy department. He has been working with the Event Horizon Telescope since his undergraduate thesis at MIT. Now, Daniel works on understanding the relationship between polarized images and magnetic fields around supermassive black holes, as well as Bayesian model-fitting of accretion flow emissivity distributions to interferometric data. His other projects include Earth- and space-based interferometric array optimization and imaging algorithm development.
